The Nashville Songwriters Festival is a one of a kind gathering of songwriting talent which takes place on Music Row in the heart of Music City USA, Nashville, Tennessee. We are open to all genres and forms of original songwriting and music.

There are basically 4 overall focuses that comprise the event, Playing, Education, Networking & Informational. Within each main event are many smaller events inside each category.

The happening is a grass roots assembly of songwriters and music elated peoples from all over. The event is planned, produced and hosted by songwriters. Check out our Main Events listing in the menu to get a snapshot of highlights of whats happening for the duration of the fest.

We are a place where songwriters can meet, collaborate, learn the ropes, polish their craft, receive advice, connect with industry, gain experience and confidence while playing till their hearts content. Look into Songwriter Activities to get a feel for possible things you could do to share your music while here.
