User Registration for the Nashville Songwriters Festival Website.

Please provide the requested information, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit your registration using the Register button.
Please use an e-mail address you have current access to, as the remaining steps in the registration process will be communicated to you through this address
Once you submit your registration information the following actions will be necessary to complete the registration process:

Account Activation: You will be sent an account activation e-mail that contains an activation link. The purpose of this e-mail is to verfiy your e-mail address. Click on the link provided in the e-mail to activate your account.
Password Assignment: You will be sent a password asignment e-mail once you have activated your account. This e-mail will contain a temporary password that will allow you to log in to the site using your username and the temporary password. Note that the password is case sensitive.

Once you have successfully logged in you may change your temporary password to one of your choosing by updating your User Profile. You may also wish to provided additional information about yourself that will facilitate a greater level of interaction with other FestHeads. Simply use the View/Change My Profile, option accessible from the User->User Menu

More About the Registration Process

All users of our site that wish to participate on a full level as a FestHead, including online ordering, posting and various user to user interactions, must first complete the following registration process:

Fill in the required information and any optional information you wish to contribute using the Registration Form below.
Read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and submit your information by clicking the Register Button.
A confirmation e-mail will then be sent to the e-mail address you provide, which contains an activation link. Click on this link to activate your account and your temporary password will then be e-mailed to you.
You may then log in using the username you furnished and the temporary password provided to you by e-mail. You may change your password, and other information, by managing your Profile under View/Change My Profile, which is accessible from User->User Menu.

About the Registration Information

Our user registration process asks for information on the following three levels:

Required Information is indicated by the presence of red checkmarks and is used for administrative purposes of validation and security. All other information is completely optional. Most of the required information is treated as private and is not visible to other users. Note that your real name is never published. However, you can include a personal name or a performing name in the Optional Name field, which is always published.
Hidden Information is indicated by the presence of a red magnifying glass. This information is considered private and is never visible to other users nor is it ever made available to any other entity.
Viewable Information is indicated by the presence of a green magnifying glass. This information is published on your profile and is accessible by other registered users. There are numereous other optional details about yourself, which you can contribute by updating your Profile. The majority of Viewable Information is not required. However, we have incorporated this optional information into the user profile in the spirit of forming a more resourceful community. The intention is to allow users to connect and communicate based on like interests, locale, and one's desire to network. To that end we have assembled a farily comprehensive list of items, which we feel might be useful to our users. Please let us know if there are other items you feel would be beneficial to the community at large.
