The Nashville Songwriters Festival brings people together as songwriters and fans in a celebration of  musical craftsmanship, appreciation and aspiration.  Songwriters have the opportunity to perform, interact and learn while entertaining the fans, who are so appreciative of everything.

Songwriters receive top billing at The Nashville Songwriters Festival, and rightly so. But equally important to the Fest are the folks that bring it all together and make it happen.  A number of other folks provide the production effort and they are the Folks Behind the Fest.

Most of the folks behind the fest are also writers, and some of them have made a pretty big name for themselves, like those you'll find listed under The Festival Grand Masters, Life Time Award Recipients, Featured Writers and Professional Instructors.

And then there's a collection of folks that add a lot of value to the Fest by providing everything from tours to food and assistance in many other forms.  These are the Open Houses, Vendors, Partners and Members, also listed in the menu.

Lastly, but certainly not least, are the folks who organize, produce and do all the staffing and legwork necessary to bring you the Fest.  These positions are filled by ordinary writers and music fans who gain nothing but the satisfaction of participating in something they believe in.  They are listed under Volunteers and Crew.
